Personal Practice Mentoring

Personal practice sessions are one-to-one conversations and opportunities for mindfulness. The balance of conversation and practice is flexible.


These sessions provide a framework for seeing more clearly, whatever you are looking at. Together we can explore how mindfulness might support any aspect of your life, or the whole of it.

Zac is an excellent guide, clearly a deeply mindful person himself, and a thoughtful, sensitive, and wonderful guide into a deeper world of the mindful self. This course reintroduced me to parts of my self I have not felt and connected to in a long time, and allowed me a space within the chaos of life, to reach an unstressed vantage point of gratitude, happiness and inner peace
