Working from home is challenging in a number of ways. Mindfulness practice supports participants to feel grounded, focused and calm. I offer a variety of mindfulness-based sessions over your preferred video conferencing system.

23/03/20: DAILY MINDFULNESS LIVESTREAM
I have launched a daily mindfulness livestream on YouTube. The session will begin at 8:30am each weekday and will last approximately 25 minutes. Sessions will include a range of practices, such as the body scan and mindful movement.
