WELCOME

Mindfulness is a particular orientation towards experience: an orientation of wakefulness and ease.

 

It is a way of relating which makes what is pleasant more enjoyable, and what is difficult easier to bear. Mindfulness also brings vitality to everything in between these two extremes, which is the majority of our daily lives, and which we easily forget.

I'm incredibly thankful for undertaking this 8-week course with Zac. It exceeded all my expectations and provided me with numerous benefits. I now feel a profound sense of calmness and kindness.
