Mindfulness is a particular orientation towards experience: an orientation of wakefulness and ease.
It is a way of relating which makes what is pleasant more enjoyable, and what is difficult easier to bear.
I took part in a series of mindfulness sessions conducted over Zoom, and I found them to be hugely helpful and informative. Zac had a wonderful way of making these sometime difficult to grasp ideas and practices seem accessible and exciting. There was time in the session to absorb the ideas and discuss them freely, and Zac facilitated that wonderfully.
I think about the sessions often and am really pleased that I've finally found a way of incorporating mindfulness into my day to day.
