Mindfulness is a particular orientation towards experience: an orientation of wakefulness and ease.


It is a way of relating which makes what is pleasant more enjoyable, and what is difficult easier to bear. Mindfulness also brings vitality to everything in between these two extremes, which is the majority of our daily lives, and which we easily forget.

With Zac's soft, approachable, and compassionate guidance, my experience of mindfulness has greatly expanded. He has given me a broad range of immediately accessible practices which allow for a deeper connection between my mind and body plus a growing acceptance of whatever reality I find myself in from moment to moment.
